I just wanted to share with you the amazing experience and service I received from Lynnette

My daughter Darian had a medical procedure in July of 2010, while we still had Blue Cross/Blue
Shield. Darian is a student at the University of Wisconsin and had an Away Care policy with Anthem
BC/BS, the hospital & doctor billed it through our local BC/BS which was out of network therefore
the patient responsibility was very high.
I tried to straighten out this problem and it was very frustrating. We even requested a payment plan,
which the hospital never responded to and the bills went to collection. Needless to say this was a
mess. Lynnette took a look at the paper work and contacted all the parties involved and almost 2
years later straightened it all out.
I cannot express enough how much time and effort went into this resolution. Without the help of
Lynnette I would have paid this claim, which would have been a big financial burden to me, just to
get it cleared up.
